The short, plain-language version of how we sell material and sod. No legalese — just what to expect before you load up or schedule a delivery.
All sales are final
Bulk material is loaded loose, to order, straight from our piles, and sod is a living product that starts changing the moment it is cut. Once it is on your truck or on your driveway, we cannot take it back or resell it. Please call us before you buy so we can confirm quantities, sizes, and colors with you — that conversation is much more useful before the order than after it.
Color and texture vary between loads
Dyed and natural materials are not manufactured to a fixed color. Stone comes out of the ground, mulch comes out of a grinder, and every load looks a little different. A bed you top off six months from now will not match exactly. If matching matters to you, buy the full quantity in one order.
Sod is perishable
Plan to install sod the day you get it, and water it immediately after it goes down. Once it leaves the yard, its condition is in the customer's hands — heat, delay, and missed watering can ruin good grass fast. Our installation guide walks through prep, laying, and the first two weeks of watering.
Minimum orders
Delivery minimums are 2 cubic yards on bulk material and 2 pallets on sod. Specialty stone, including moss rock and builder stone, has minimums that vary by product — ask a sales representative. Pickup has no minimum, and half-yard quantities are a pickup option only.
Delivery access and your property
You choose the drop location, and you are responsible for making sure a loaded truck can reach it safely and legally. We are not responsible for damage to driveways, curbs, sidewalks, irrigation, or lawns at a customer-designated drop point. Please have someone at the address or mark the spot clearly in advance — failed deliveries may incur a return trip charge.
Quantities are your call, and we'll help
Our material calculator and coverage charts are estimates. Site conditions, settling, compaction, moisture, and how carefully the area was measured all move the number. The final quantity you order is your responsibility, but you do not have to guess alone — call 346-848-3046 and we will walk through the math with you before you order.
Prices change
Pricing moves with supply and is exclusive of applicable tax. This site can lag what is happening at the yard, so call to confirm current pricing and availability before you head over.
