How delivery is quoted

Delivery is priced per order, so there is no flat fee and no published rate. When you call 346-848-3046, the office asks two things. First, the ZIP code where the material is going — distance from the yard to that ZIP sets the base of the quote. Second, how much you need, in cubic yards of bulk material or pallets of sod. Load size decides the truck and the number of trips, so it factors in alongside distance. With those two answers you get an initial delivery quote on the call.

Inside 15 miles is our standard delivery range. Past it, bulk orders are quoted case by case — a normal path for contractors and larger residential projects, not an exception. Pickup at the yard is always available, with no minimum on anything, and half-yard quantities are a pickup option.

Minimum orders

• Bulk material delivery: 2 cubic yards.
• Sod delivery: 2 pallets.
• Specialty stone delivery such as moss rock or builder stone: minimums vary by product, so ask a sales rep at 346-848-3046.
• Pickup: no minimum on anything.
