It grows aggressively sideways by runners, which means it repairs itself from wear faster than any other grass we sell — the reason it covers athletic fields and hard-used back yards. It is a specialty order for us: we bring it in fresh rather than letting it sit on the yard, and pallets are typically ready in one to two business days.

Zoysia Stadium is the premium option — a fine-to-medium bladed turf that grows into a thick, carpet-like mat. That density is its whole advantage: a healthy Zoysia lawn crowds out weeds on its own and holds a manicured look with less input than either alternative. It costs more and grows slower, which is exactly why it stays tidy. We bring Zoysia in by special order, typically ready in one to two business days.
