1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or place an order.

2. Description of Services

Houston Contracting & Demolition LLC, operating as Aldine Westfield Landscape Materials, sells bulk landscape materials including mulch, soil, compost, sand, gravel, stone, and sod, along with delivery and installation services, from our yard in Spring, Texas.

3. Use of This Website

You agree to use this site for lawful purposes only, and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content for commercial reuse, or misrepresent your identity when contacting us.

4. Pricing and Site Information

Prices, product descriptions, coverage figures, and availability shown on this site are provided for general guidance and may not reflect current conditions at the yard. All prices are exclusive of applicable tax and are subject to change with supply. Current pricing is confirmed by phone or at the time of purchase.

5. Quotes and Orders

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and are not binding until an order is confirmed. Orders are confirmed by phone or in person, and payment is due at pickup or upon delivery unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

The content on this site, including text, photographs, layout, and logos, is owned by Houston Contracting & Demolition LLC or its licensors and may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without written permission.

7. Material Orders, Delivery, and Pickup

  • All sales of bulk material, sod, and plants are final. No warranties, returns, exchanges, or refunds once material has been loaded or delivered.
  • Bulk material is sold by the cubic yard; sod is sold by the piece, half pallet, or full pallet. Delivery minimums are 2 cubic yards on bulk material and 2 pallets on sod. Specialty stone minimums, including moss rock and builder stone, vary by product — ask a sales representative. Pickup has no minimum.
  • Material weight and volume vary with moisture content. Wet material weighs more and settles differently than dry.
  • Natural and dyed materials vary in color, texture, and size between loads. Color matching between separate orders is not guaranteed.
  • Sod and plants are live, perishable goods and must be installed promptly after pickup or delivery. We are not responsible for their condition after they leave our yard.
  • For deliveries, the customer is responsible for providing safe, legal, and adequate truck access to the drop location and for clearly marking where material should be placed. We are not responsible for damage to driveways, curbs, sidewalks, irrigation systems, lawns, landscaping, or other surfaces resulting from delivery to a customer-designated location.
  • Someone must be available at the delivery address, or the drop location must be clearly marked in advance. Failed deliveries may incur a return trip charge.
  • Delivery quotes are estimates based on the ZIP code and load size provided at the time of the call. Final pricing is confirmed when the order is placed.
  • Determining the quantity to order is the customer's responsibility. Coverage figures, charts, and calculators provided on this site or by our staff are estimates offered as guidance only.
  • Prices are subject to change with supply and are exclusive of applicable tax.

8. Installation Services

Installation work is scheduled separately and quoted based on site conditions at the time of the estimate. Access, weather, underground utilities, irrigation, and existing landscaping can affect scope, schedule, and price. Customers are responsible for marking private lines and sprinkler heads before work begins.

9. Disclaimers and Warranties

ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE SURVIVAL, GROWTH, COLOR, CONSISTENCY, OR PERFORMANCE OF SOD, PLANTS, OR BULK MATERIALS AFTER THEY LEAVE OUR YARD, AND WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT INFORMATION ON THIS WEBSITE, INCLUDING PRICING, COVERAGE ESTIMATES, AND AVAILABILITY, IS COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order, delivery, installation, or use of this website is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, property damage at a customer-designated drop location, or loss of plant or turf material.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Houston Contracting & Demolition LLC, its owners, employees, and subcontractors from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of this site, your breach of these terms, or your instructions regarding delivery or installation locations.

12. Governing Law, Venue, and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Venue for any proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms lies in Harris County, Texas.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration administered under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. You and we each agree that claims will be brought only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and the “Last updated” date above reflects the current version, which replaces all earlier versions.
